Data Deletion Instructions

OneStep Business Solutions. Last updated: 19 October 2026.

If you messaged or commented on the One Step Facebook Page or the Instagram account @0ne1_step, our customer-management system stored that message or comment. You can ask us to delete it.

How to request deletion

Our system stores the numeric ID that Facebook or Instagram assigns to your account, not your name or handle. So we can find your data reliably only if the request comes from the same account.

  1. From the Facebook or Instagram account you used, send a direct message to the One Step Facebook Page or to @0ne1_step on Instagram that says "Delete my data".
  2. Optionally, also email 0ne1stepuae@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the name of that account, so we can confirm with you by email.
  3. We match your message to the records stored under the same account ID. If we cannot confirm the request came from that account, we will ask you to send it again from it.

What happens next

We delete the messages, comments and replies linked to you from our system within 30 days of confirming your request, and we email you when it is done. Copies in routine backups are removed as the backups expire.

If you used Facebook or Instagram login

You can also remove the connection from Facebook or Instagram itself: open Settings, then Apps and Websites (Facebook) or Apps and Websites in Instagram settings, and remove "One Step CRM". Doing so does not by itself delete messages already stored with us, so send the request above as well.
